Do you provide OEM/ODM service?

Yes. Leveraging our strong supplier chain, we provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services, including customized branding, packaging, and hardware configuration to meet your specific market needs.

How can I get some samples?

We provide samples for testing to serious potential partners. New clients cover the shipping cost, and the sample fee is typically deducted from your first bulk order.

How long is the Lead time?

Samples: 3-6 working days.

Bulk Orders: 7-45 days, depending on order volume and customization requirements.

Is there an MOQ limit?

There is no strict MOQ for standard items; any quantity is welcome. However, pricing is volume-based—larger quantities result in lower unit costs.

What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and Western Union (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). PayPal is available for sample orders only.

What are your warranty terms?

Standard product warranty is 15 months; core components are covered for 24 months. Warranty excludes man-made damage, improper use, or force majeure (natural disasters).

How to Solve the Problems While Using the Products I Ordered?

How to choose between a managed and unmanaged network switch?

Choose Unmanaged for simple "plug-and-play" setups (home/small office). Choose Managed if you need to control traffic, set up VLANs, or monitor network health.

Does the application require PoE functionality?

If you need to power devices like IP cameras or VoIP phones through the network cable, you need a PoE (Power over Ethernet) switch.

What data speeds are required?

This depends on your traffic. We offer Fast Ethernet (100Mbps) for basic tasks, Gigabit (1000Mbps) for standard business, and 10G or higher for data centers.

Is there a need for fiber ports?

Use fiber for distances over 100 meters or in environments with high electrical noise, as fiber is immune to interference.
